are frozen, a team led by the Manager
Operations visits the client site
to gain an understanding about the
deliverables and other parameters.
These are then migrated to the India
team and transitioned as required.
Continuous feedback and appropriate
benchmarking is employed at all levels
and all stages to ensure a seamless
success. The senior management team
also monitors progress regularly.
